Surrounded by Cowards.
Over the horizon, I see the cowards arrive.
I keep my heart strong and choose to strive.
Lacking fortitude, crippled with fear.
Fearmonger the bright ones about a bear.
The bear exists, but it too wants to live.
It has its cubs, it knows how to forgive.
As the bright challenges the beast.
Flailing their baby hands, they resist.
As the bright runs with a spear,
The cowards are left in despair.
Shatter the illusion, there was no bear.
Just their minds paralyzed with fear.
The glory of the bright, always on display.
Crippled by the roars, the dim chose to stay.
Late they realize the fear was self-inflicted.
While the bright one moves on living unscripted.
